What each tier includes
Essentials ($899, 3 months) is the digital-forward entry program. You get a dedicated job-search coach capped at four coaching calls, an on-demand assistant, a bi-weekly live webinar series, unlimited in-app messaging with the coach, and the branding toolkit: Resume Builder, Resume Critique, Cover Letter Builder, and Personal Value Proposition Builder. Job leads come through the SmartMatch job-search engine and a Contact Discovery Engine. It is a real program, but the human coaching is light.
Professional ($1,899 for 3 months, $2,599 for 6 months) is the step up, and where live coaching actually opens up. It replaces the four-call cap with unlimited coaching calls, and swaps the self-serve builders for a custom-written resume and cover letter plus a LinkedIn and social-profile consultation. It adds target-company lists and salary and company research. The two price points are the same program at different durations, three months for individual contributors, six for managers.
Premier ($6,499, 12 months) is the executive tier. On top of everything in Professional, it adds unlimited coaching calls with an executive coach, custom-written LinkedIn and executive bios, a personalized recruiter and networking contact list, 360-degree reference feedback, a job-market data report, a mastermind executive networking group, and financial planning.

RiseSmart is the outplacement arm of Randstad Enterprise, and its model pairs coaching with a self-serve platform. Coaching intensity is the main thing that scales with price: four calls at Essentials, unlimited at Professional, and unlimited with an executive coach at Premier.
